Wellington Racing
- RACE is the trading name for Racing at Awapuni and Trentham Combined Enterprise Incorporated. RACE was formed in July 2002 as the umbrella corporate entity for the Awapuni Partnership of Racing Clubs - Manawatu Racing Club Inc, Marton Jockey Club Inc, Feilding Jockey Club Inc and Rangitikei Racing Club Inc. The Wellington Racing Club Inc joined the Group in October 2005.

Riai Aikido Wellington

Gryphon Theatre
- It is a small, intimate venue with up to 84 seats and lighting and sound facilities. The auditorium is flexible and can be arranged in the typical end-stage style, in the round or variations of these. There is a large foyer, kitchen, toilets, and dressing rooms for 15-20 people, and also a loading bay (shared with the rest of the building) for unloading directly into the theatre.

Northern United Rugby Football Club
- Northern United Rugby Football Club Inc was established in 1990 as a result of the amalgamation of the Porirua and Titahi Bay Rugby Football Clubs after their 1989 season. Northern United RFC is known as ‘Norths’ within the Wellington Rugby Football Union. The initial playing strip was the Porirua Rugby Club jersey with the Titahi Bay Rugby Club shorts and socks but in 1990 the official blue and white playing strip was introduced, which remains prominent 30 years on.
