They show Ngaio’s population increased slightly between 1996 and 2006, because new dwellings were built. - Bell’s Track winds its way up to the skyline walkway from the end of Awarua St, Ngaio. A group of keen volunteers have been planting along the track for several years. They are showing prospective volunteers around the area on Sunday 5 December, from 11.00am. Meet at Bell’s Track, at the top of Awarua St, Ngaio.

Junior House Basketball 2010

- Monday 22 November 2010: Street ball came to Stream today as the Junior House Basketball competition got underway. With two games each day on the outside court, competition is fierce: today, Marist and Trinity drew 12-all with Chanel beating Patrick 18-8. Games continue Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Touch Teams Win 1st & 3rd in Hutt Valley Module

- Tuesday 16 November 2010: In the Touch Finals for the Hutt Valley Module, both Stream teams qualified with Stream's Year 10 Team taking out the title and the Year 9 Team taking third place.

Year 10 Team Win Touch Tournament
- St Patricks College, Silverstream
- Wednesday 10 November 2010: In a hard, tightly contested tournament Stream's Year 10 Touch Rugby team has won the Hutt Valley Tournament in extra time against Hutt Valley High School. Unbeaten during the pool games, scores were tied at three-all until Stream scored the first try in extra time. The Year 9 Team finished the day with two wins and two losses.
