Have your artwork in lights
- Porirua City Council
- Local artists have the opportunity to see their work on display in public and up in lights. Porirua City Council is seeking artists to feature over winter 2024 and summer 2024/2025 in the city’s lightboxes. Each lightbox exhibition will run for about five months, with six works by a single artist or collective on display during each exhibition. The lightboxes were installed in Porirua city centre in mid-2022 to showcase local artists and their work, says Pātaka Art + Museum Director, Ana Sciascia. “They provide an opportunity for curators and artists to exhibit work in a dynamically urban, high-profile environment.”
