      <description>On Tuesday the 12th of January two American tourists became embroiled in a road rage incident when cycling through Newtown in Wellington. Emergency Response Manager, Inspector Paris Razos says “Last night Police arrested the driver of the vehicle involved in the incident.   A 39 year old man has been charged with common assault and will appear in Wellington District Court on Wednesday.”</description>
