The Lilburn Residence Trust was established in 2004 with the following goals. To acquire and maintain the former residence of Douglas Lilburn in Ascot Terrace, Thorndon, Wellington. To allow use of the house for the purpose of a composer residency or other residency which promotes the best interests of New Zealand music.
