- Hutt City Council’s decision to transfer its housing portfolio to Hutt Holdings, a council controlled trading organisation, has been welcomed by Mayor David Ogden.
Councillors on Tuesday (13 March) resolved 8-4 in favour of transferring the Council's stock of 186 housing units in the city to Hutt Holdings, after consultation through most of 2006.
