The idea that apartments, or “living machines” as their inventor called them, can psychologically influence behavior is not without international examples. In what is a two-horse race between himself and Mayor David Ogden, Councilor Wallace has again adopted a “hands-on” approach to promote his visions for the city and to gauge public opinion.
